How to Run Payroll on MyEazipay in 5 minutes

Running payroll ensures that all payments including staff salaries, PAYE, Pension, HMO, and all statutory deductions are paid immediately. 

1. Navigate to Payroll

  • Locate the Payroll menu on your dashboard sidebar.

  • Click “Run Payroll”.

2. Select Employees

  • Check off the employees you want to include.
  • Hit the Run Payroll button.

3. Choose Payment Type

  • Set the pay period (month and year).

  • Specify your payment:

    • Net Salary

    • Statutory Deductions (e.g. PAYE, Pension)

    • Bonus (optional)

    • You can pay all employees or pick individuals.

4. Preview Payroll

  • Review salary breakdowns, deductions, and totals.

5. Authorize

  • Enter the OTP received via email.

  • Confirm to complete the run.
