Running payroll doesn't need to take a whole afternoon.
On Eazipay, it takes only five minutes from selecting your team to disbursing salaries and statutory deductions in one authorized run.
1. Open Payroll
On your dashboard sidebar, select Payroll, then click Run Payroll.
2. Select Employees
Choose who's getting paid this cycle; everyone, or specific employees.
3. Set the Payment Details
Confirm the pay period (month and year), then choose what to disburse:
- Gross Salary
- Statutory Deductions/Contributions (PAYE, Pension)
- Bonus, if applicable
4. Preview the Run
Check the breakdown: salary, deductions, totals, before anything moves.
5. Authorize
Enter the OTP sent to your email, confirm, and the run is complete.
Salaries and statutory deductions go out together.
