Adding Bonus and Deduction

Few Eazi steps to add Bonus and Deduction

You may add bonus and deduction either singly or in bulk with an Excel sheet.


First steps:

  1. Click on the "Payroll" drop down list at the left side of the homepage
  2. Select 'Bonus and Deduction"
  3. Click Bonus/Deductions at the upper part of the sheet

First Option- Single Add

For Bonus

  1. Click on "Add New Bonus" button
  2. Input the bonus name
  3. Tick a box to choose whether to put the amount or input a percentage
  4. If you choose amount, you may proceed to input the amount of the bonus. If you choose percentage, you may proceed to input the percentage of the bonus and select employee(s).
  5. You can choose to give each employee different bonus amount and click the save button above. it will be immediately added to the employee's net salary


For Deduction

  1. Click on "Add New Deduction" button
  2. Input the deduction name
  3. Tick a box to choose whether to put the amount or input a percentage
  4. If you choose amount, you may proceed to input the amount of the deduction. If you choose percentage, you may proceed to input the percentage of the deduction and select the employee(s).
  5. You can choose to give each employee different deduction amount and click the save button above. it will be immediately added to the employee's net salary

Second Option- Bulk Add

For Bonus

  1. Click on the "Add New Bonus" button.

  2. Select the "Bulk Add" header.
  3. Download the excel template. Please note.
       1. Fill the "Type" heading with the word "Bonus" and "Name" with the name of the bonus. 
       2. Do not fill the percentage and amount column for the same employee.
  4. Fill the template, save it and upload it.

  5.  Preview it and submit the file if all is great

For Deduction

  1. Click on the "Add New Deduction" button.
  2. Select the "Bulk Add" header.
  3. Download the excel template. Please note.
       1. Fill the "Type" heading with the word "Deduction" and "Name" with the name of the deduction.
       2. Do not fill the percentage and amount column for the same employee.
  4. Fill the template, save it and upload it.
  5. Preview it and submit the file if all is great
