What do I need to switch from spreadsheet to Eazipay?

 

You need each employee's basic information, bank details, gross salary, and applicable statutory deductions/contributions. You can enter these individually or upload them in bulk using Eazipay's Excel template.

What to gather before you start:

• Employee information (name, contact details)


• Bank details (valid, active account per employee)


• Gross Salary for each employee


• Applicable statutory deductions/contributions—PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, HMO, where relevant
