How do I setup roles for users on my Eazipay Account? How do I assign a user to multiple sub-accounts? What are the new User Roles on Eazipay? Can ownership be transferred to another user on the Eazipay Account? How do I update an existing user's role?

Yes! The current account owner can transfer ownership to another user at any time.

See the steps to transfer account ownership below:

  1. Log in to your Eazipay dashboard

  2. Go to Admin Settings > Team Members

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the user’s name and select Transfer Ownership.

4. Next Input your passcode and Ownership will be transferred to the user instantly
